- No, PureVanity DOES NOT offer a pick-up option.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
- Once your order has been shipped PureVanity will provide you with a USPS tracking number. You can also create a free account on our website to stay up to date.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
- If your order HAS NOT been processed or shipped you can contact us immediately at info@pure-vanity.com to see if we are able to accommodate the change. PLEASE NOTE that changes CANNOT be made to orders that have already been processed and shipped.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING & PROCESSING TAKE?
- Shipping generally takes 3-5 business days for US orders, but during holidays, it can take longer. Please allow 3 business days for your order to be processed BEFORE it is shipped.
